Main House:
We have three bedrooms available in the main house, all of which
can be doubles, twins or singles. They are bright, friendly
and individually furnished to a high standard in keeping with the
400 year old farm house.
Each room has a colour TV, radio, CD and tape player, tea and
coffee making facilities as well as a mini refrigerator.

Studio
Flat/ Barn Conversion, which can be let as self catering or as
a B&B.
Bedrooms 1 & 2:
Both rooms enjoy open outlooks and have use of private bathroom with
another shower room and separate toilet available.
Bed 1: Spacious twin bedroom with beds side by side or apart.
Bed 2: Spacious double room with king size bed.
Bedroom 3: Large room with super king size (6ft 6) bed which can also be
separated into twin beds. The en-suite bathroom contains a Jacuzzi
bath and power shower.
There are wonderful views over the surrounding open countryside from
to the front and views of the swimming pool to the rear.
Rates:
All rates are per room, per night and include a Full
English or Continental Breakfast.

Studio Flat/ Barn Conversion:
This fully equipped apartment is comfortably and tastefully
furnished in traditional style. It's situated a few yards from
the Main House and sleeps 2 to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children
comfortably and can be booked for self catering or as a B&B.
The Open Plan Accommodation Comprises:
A fully furnished "L" shaped living room/ bedroom area with colour
TV, radio, CD, cassette and tape player. An further through room leads
to a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower, WC and wash
basin.
For sleeping arrangements there's a double bed in the main room
and a single bed in the adjoining through room. A further single bed
can be provided in the living area if necessary.
You will also have direct access from the living room to your own private
garden and patio area with table and chairs to relax.
